M. Crystal Yingling is a consultant for Equity, Inclusion, Interculturalism, and Leadership. She is currently completing a Global Executive Doctorate of Education through the University of California. Previously, Crystal was an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University, and the Producer of Intiman Theatre's Emerging Artist Program, an initiative she designed to increase racial equity in theatre. Before completing her Master of Fine Arts in Arts Leadership, Crystal served as a US Army Officer working with NGOs in North Africa and Asia on arts and cultural programming. She also holds a Bachelor of Music from the Wheaton College Conservatory.
