Dr Sunnie He is an experienced interdisciplinary teacher and researcher, with particular interests in tertiary arts education, arts entrepreneurship/management education, arts curriculum development, and creativity in arts education. She is currently teaching in the Department of Cultural and Creative Arts (CCA), The Education University of Hong (EdUHK), while consulted on a variety of research projects. Sunnie finished her doctoral study at EdUHK, and holds a master’s degree at The State University of New York (SUNY).

Prior to enrolling the teaching and research programs in CCA, Sunnie worked as a lecturer in Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai. Thus far, she has several articles published in academic journals, and oral presentations at international and local conferences, including Building Interdisciplinary Bridges Across Cultures - BIBAC conference at Cambridge University; Asia-Pacific Symposium for Music Education Research, and Asia-Pacific Music Education Forum.
